Rugby lessons

Last Friday we went to Rugby. It was fun and at the last lesson we get a free football. They taught us a lot of things and I like it. The teacher's name is Jo and she is nice.

Mary Mackillop

Last Friday we had a Mary MacKillop and it was fun. We got to play games all day. We had to go to church for a liturgy then we came back to class. Mrs Hatzis was dressed up like Mary MacKillop.

grandparents day

Last Thursday we had our grandparents come to our school. They had a great time. It was fun. I like listening to the music. I was a great day.

Dance cart presentation

Last term we had our dance cart presentation. It was fun watching all of the presentations. I liked them all. It was fun.

3p excursion

My class went on an excursion to the Sciencentre and the Museum. In the Sciencentre there were four zones. We got half an hour in each room. It was fun.

Force and motion

A couple of weeks ago we did an experment. It was fun and my group liked it. My job was pulling the matchbox back from the rubber band and it was fun putting the pebbles in the matchbox. It was hard pulling the rubber band back. I learnt how to measure and that different amounts of pebbles made the box different distances.

Dance cart

Last week we went to dance cart. I had a lot of fun. Who is the teacher? Her name is mrs amy and she is a lot of fun. My favourite game is bob and freeze and it is fun.

Japanese students

We had Japanese students come in to tell us about their culture. I had a lot of fun. I hope they come back again and tell us something else. Jackie and I had to get dressed up in a kimono. It was fun and the students were nice.

athletics carnival

I went to the athletics carnival it. was fun. because i like to running a lot I had a great time. I think i ran great. it was great i came seccond.

skipping

A skipping group came to show us to skip the group was called jumping beans. I had a good time watching them they were very good and they were cool.

Africain drumming show

We went to an African drumming show. It was fun and exciting. I liked it because I like the songs.

Wild man visit

I had fun and it was great because we got to smell and feel lots of things. The crocodile was scary. The wild man was funny and exiting.

Our water use investigation

We wanted to see how much water use at school we filled a bottle and measured the amount of water
I think i could save water by being more caureful at the taps.

Brisbane markets

We had a visitor from the Brisbane Markets yesterday and she told us about vegetables and oscar the orange was in our photo.

my calendar

This is my maths activity. I think September is the best month because it is my birthday month and it is my favourite month in the year.
